If you choose to donate, the bracelet you will receive represents Jake.  Through all of his challenges he has always had the propensity to touch people with his joy of life.  Your responsibility is to share in his joy, by wearing this bracelet and spreading his story and smile to others.  Jake thanks you!

Thank you to everyone who has so generously donated to 4JakeSake.  We are happy to report that the donations we have received equal $5,000.  Our goal is to save that money to use as we exhaust Jake's insurance.  Jake has a million dollar lifetime maximum and to date we have gone through $450,000.

We may have to use $2,000 of the donations to purchase a standing wheelchair (called the "rabbit" see photo on home page) for Jake, at present the insurance company has denied our request.  We are in the process of appealing this claim and our hope is that they will cover the cost of the "rabbit".  The "rabbit" will give Jake his first chance at independent mobility, he will be able to push himself around and what a feeling of independence that will be. 

We are so thankful for your generosity and support for Jake and our family.
